Returns & Exchanges
At UAL, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your UAL account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a scheduled pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
